Green watercress without any yellow areas or slippery stems.
To Store
Rinse cut stems, blot with a paper towel and refrigerate in a plastic bag. Use within 4-5 days.
To Prepare
Known for its peppery taste, watercress is used as a green and as a garnish. Eaten raw, it is often used to spice up sandwiches and appears frequently in salads. Wash and shake dry just before you’re about to use it. Both the leaves and stems are edible.
