Dressing

Instructions
In a bowl, place Kale slaw, cooked quinoa, black beans, mango, avocado, green onions, red pepper, and cilantro.
Prepare dressing, combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
Pour dressing on top, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
