Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large banana ripe
- 2 tbsp wheat germ heaping
- 2 ounces tofu soft
- 1/2 cup yogurt non fat plain
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice Minute Maid
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until thoroughly blended.
- Pour into glass and serve.
