Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 balls bocconcini cheese
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the tomatoes and the bocconcini and chop the basil.
  • On a flat plate, arrange the tomato and bocconcini slices in concentric circles, slightly overlapping each other.
  • Add salt and pepper generously. Sprinkle with oil and chopped basil.
