Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 cups avocado
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp tsp Chili Pepper or 3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends™ Mexican
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Tomatoes chopped small
Instructions
- Mash avocados with a fork
- Add Garlic, Cilantro and Chili Pepper OR Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends™ Mexican.
- Add lemon juice and stir.
- Serve with carrot, celery sticks, corn chips, or crackers.
