Top salad with grilled salmon fillets or add more of your favourite salad ingredients, such as slivered red onions; pitted black olives; and/or chopped drained, canned artichoke hearts, before tossing with dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups mixed greens torn
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup yellow peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Dressing Pure Kraft Creamy
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Combine mixed greens with grape tomatoes and peppers in a large bowl.
  • Add dressing, mix lightly.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
