Mixed Greens with Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Top salad with grilled salmon fillets or add more of your favourite salad ingredients, such as slivered red onions; pitted black olives; and/or chopped drained, canned artichoke hearts, before tossing with dressing.
Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed greens torn
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup yellow peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Dressing Pure Kraft Creamy
- 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Combine mixed greens with grape tomatoes and peppers in a large bowl.
- Add dressing, mix lightly.
- Top with cheese.
- Serve immediately.
