The Perfect Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Brown and Wild Rice Blend cooked
- 1/2 cup Black Beans canned, no salt added, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Broccoli Slaw
- 1/4 Avocado sliced
- 1/2 Mango cubed
- 2 tbsp Salsa
- 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lime
- Cilantro to garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package directions, and place in the bottom of the bowl.
- Top the rice with the rest of the ingredients
