Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Brown and Wild Rice Blend cooked
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans canned, no salt added, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/4 Avocado sliced
  • 1/2 Mango cubed
  • 2 tbsp Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lime
  • Cilantro to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to the package directions, and place in the bottom of the bowl.
  • Top the rice with the rest of the ingredients
